How the free allowance works
Free use is limited to 10 single-image operations in any rolling 24-hour period — one resize, compress or convert counts as one use. It is not a midnight reset: each operation frees up again exactly 24 hours after you used it, and the tool shows how long you have to wait once the allowance is spent. Bulk Resize is not part of the free allowance; it is a Premium feature.
The free counter is stored in your own browser, which makes it a fair-use guide rather than strict enforcement. Premium is different: it is tied to your account and verified against the payment provider, so it works on any device you sign in on.
Billing and cancellation
Premium bills $5.99 CAD every month until you cancel. Cancelling keeps Premium available until the end of the month you have already paid for, then the account returns to the free allowance. If a renewal payment fails, Premium pauses right away and comes back as soon as a working card goes through.
What Premium does not change
Your images are processed entirely in your browser and are not uploaded to ImageTidy on any plan. Premium changes limits, not where the work happens.
