Using ImageTidy
ImageTidy provides browser-based tools for resizing, compressing and converting images. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the tools.
Provided as-is
The tools are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Results depend on your browser’s own image decoders and encoders, your device’s memory and the files you supply, so we cannot guarantee a particular output quality, file size or processing speed.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the images you process and for having the right to process them. Because everything happens on your device, we have no way to review, moderate or recover your files. Keep your own copy of any original you care about: processing is not reversible, and we hold no backup.
Availability
We aim to keep ImageTidy online and working, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Features may change, and tools may be added or withdrawn.
Fair use of the free tier
Free use is limited to 10 image operations in any rolling 24-hour period, counted in your own browser. Attempting to overwhelm or abuse the service is not permitted.
Premium subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are not available for purchase yet, so no payment can currently be taken and no subscription can be started. When Premium launches it will be a recurring monthly subscription at the price shown on the Premium page, billed through a third-party payment processor, cancellable at any time and effective until the end of the paid period. Full subscription terms — including renewal, failed payment and refund handling — will be published here before purchases are enabled.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ImageTidy is not liable for loss of data, lost profits or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
